You’re invited to join us for a free, fun family event! Kids wear their favorite costumes and trick-or-treat through decorated cars filled with goodies! Bounce house, photo op, pumpkins, games & more.

Things to know if you plan to decorate your vehicle:
We are starting the event at 4pm so we are asking everyone to be there around 3:00 to set up and get ready. Guests will likely start lining up around 3:30 and we don’t want a bunch of moving vehicles at that point for safety reasons. Families are able to drop in anytime between 4pm-6pm. Tear down will happen between 6-7pm
As we all know, this is a family event! We are all about creativity and fun, but remember we are also here for the community to enjoy so please keep it PG. if you have any questions about your decorations, props, or costumes, just reach out and ask!
All candy needs to be individually wrapped items. Nothing homemade please.
Candy, goldfish, snacks, gummies, prizes, toys etc.
Plan on 200-300 kids participating!
We will have a small bucket of allergy friendly candy for each vehicle. This way, you are able to have the types of candy and treats you choose but there is still an option if we have any kids with nut or dairy allergies.
In the case of bad weather, we will most likely cancel the event. You will be notified via email and text message as soon as we have an idea what the weather will look like for the evening and make a decision.
We welcome all volunteers to help with this event! Whether you want to pass out candy, help people with their trunks, or do set up and tear down, we would love to have you join us!
